2-4 Management Module Guide

The Logical Module icon provides the following module-speciﬁc information:

Module Number

Identiﬁes the number of the module in the hub and provides a double-click

zone to access Module Notes.

Module Model Number

Identiﬁes which module type this icon represents.

Module Status

Displays the status of the Module: Master or Normal.

The Logical Module icon provides the following information for each of the

module’s ports:

Port Identiﬁer

Identiﬁes which port this icon represents and provides a double-click zone to

access Port Notes.

Port Status

Displays the status of the port and provides a double-click zone that opens the

Port Performance View. Table 2-1 describes and lists port status conditions.

Port Type

Displays the type of port: Duplex or Half Duplex.

Port Speed

Displays the speed of the port: 200M, 100M or 10M.
